Pricing FAQ
The pilot is a 90-day paid evaluation program covering 1 active protocol and up to 5 sites. Pricing is determined based on protocol complexity and the EHR systems used at pilot sites. At the end of 90 days, we review results together and determine whether to expand to your full site network.
TrialVyx does not charge per coordinator. We price on the number of active protocols and participating sites, so adding more coordinators to a site does not increase cost. Our goal is to make the platform accessible to every coordinator who needs it.
Yes. For sponsor-led deployments, the sponsor covers the platform cost for all participating sites as part of the trial-level agreement. Sites gain access to the coordinator dashboard at no additional cost within a sponsor-led deployment. Sites can also independently subscribe for additional protocols beyond those covered by sponsor arrangements.
EHR integration setup is included in all plan tiers. There are no separate implementation fees for standard Epic FHIR R4 or Oracle Health connections. For non-standard EHR environments or on-premise configurations, we scope integration costs separately.
Yes. For sponsors or CROs managing 3 or more concurrent trials, we offer volume-based pricing under an Enterprise master service agreement. Contact our sales team to discuss your portfolio scope and we can structure an arrangement that works for your trial cadence.
