Phenotype Extraction Layer

Structured clinical signal extraction across diagnoses, labs, medications, procedures, and clinical notes (NLP). Outputs anonymized phenotype profiles scored against eligibility dimensions for each active protocol.

Protocol Matching Engine

Trial inclusion/exclusion criteria parsed from protocol documents into computable phenotype dimensions. Scores updated continuously. Protocol amendments reflected in scoring within 24 hours of upload.

Referral Management

Structured referral packets delivered to site coordinator dashboards with match scores, eligibility summaries, and queue management across multiple concurrent protocols. Outcome tracking (consented / failed / withdrew) feeds back into model improvement.

Sponsor Analytics Dashboard

Real-time enrollment pipeline, referral conversion metrics, screen failure rate trends by site, and enrollment trajectory projections. Exportable reports for CRO and regulatory documentation.

CTMS Compatibility

TrialVyx referral data exports in formats compatible with Medidata Rave, Oracle CTMS, and Veeva Vault CDMS workflows. Custom API integration is available for enterprise deployments — reducing parallel data entry across clinical data management systems.

De-identification occurs at the EHR integration layer — no PHI enters the TrialVyx matching engine. We are not a covered entity and do not function as a data repository. Data retention controls are configurable per BAA requirements. TrialVyx is not a patient registry and does not store identifiable records.

Encryption End-to-End

All data in transit encrypted via TLS 1.3. All data at rest encrypted with AES-256. No unencrypted data paths exist within the TrialVyx infrastructure.

Role-Based Access Control

Granular RBAC across sponsor, site principal investigator, and coordinator roles. SSO via SAML 2.0 with enterprise identity providers. Audit logs retained per configurable policy.
