Scoping Call (30 min)

We review your protocol's inclusion/exclusion criteria, EHR system landscape at pilot sites, and enrollment history.

Activation (3 weeks)

EHR integration, de-identification validation, and phenotype model deployment. First referrals typically flow within 72 hours of activation.

90-Day Review

We present pilot metrics vs. baseline: referral volume, screen failure rate, and enrollment pace. Clear go/no-go data for expansion decisions.
